Sixteen years building for the web, from single-page brochures to production SaaS.
I am a software engineer with experience across senior, lead, and staff roles, focused on resilient, scalable, and secure SaaS applications on a web stack. Alongside that I take on selected client work through Ridge Ten Creative.
The work I care most about is the unglamorous kind: systems that stay understandable as they grow, tests that catch real regressions, and deploys that are boring on purpose.
Stack
- Backend
- PHP and Laravel - queues, events, gates, and the rest of the ecosystem. Test-driven where it earns its keep.
- Frontend
- Tailwind CSS for scaffolding, Livewire and Alpine.js for reactivity, Vue when a full SPA is warranted.
- Infrastructure
- Docker, LAMP/LEMP deploys, and serverless via Laravel Vapor.
- Mobile
- Native and hybrid apps with Ionic, Nuxt, and Capacitor. Exploring Expo, NativePHP as well.
